Welcome to The SocialFi Manifesto ("Manifesto")hosted at http://socialfirevolution.com.By accessing or engaging with the Manifesto, you agree to abide by these Termsof Use, which reflect the decentralized, user-empowered ethos of the SocialFimovement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with the Manifesto, you acknowledge that:

- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- You reject the exploitative practices of centralized Web2 platforms and embrace Web3 principles.
- If you disagree with these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Decentralized & Permissionless Access

- No Restrictions: The Manifesto is openly accessible without accounts, sign-ups, or mandatory data collection.
- No Liability for Third-Party Actions: Interactions with blockchain networks (e.g., signing pledges, token transactions) are governed by their respective terms, not this document.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

- Manifesto Content: The text, ideas, and declarations within the Manifesto are open for public sharing, discussion, and adaptation under CC BY-SA 4.0 (attribution required, derivatives permitted under same terms).
- User Contributions: If you submit content (e.g., signed pledges, decentralized endorsements), you grant the community irrevocable rights to propagate it per Web3 principles (e.g., immutable blockchain records).

4. Prohibited Conduct

While engaging with the Manifesto, you must not:

- Misrepresent Ownership: Claim authorship of the Manifesto’s core text without attribution.
- Engage in Harmful Activity: Use the Manifesto to promote scams, hate speech, or illegal actions.
- Exploit Decentralized Systems: Manipulate blockchain-based interactions (e.g., spamming signatures).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

- No Guarantees: The Manifesto is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
- Evolving Nature: Web3 technologies are experimental; the Manifesto’s team disclaims liability for technical failures (e.g., smart contract bugs, network disruptions).

6. Limitation of Liability

- No Financial or Legal Advice: The Manifesto does not constitute investment, legal, or regulatory guidance.
- External Risks: You alone assume risks related to blockchain interactions (e.g., wallet security, market volatility).

7. Amendments & Governance

Updates: Terms may evolve with the SocialFi movement. Changes will be:  

- Posted on http://socialfirevolution.com.  
- Announced via @SocialFiRevolution (decentralized social media).  
- Archived on IPFS/Arweave for transparency.  

Community Input: Major revisions may incorporate decentralized governance (e.g., DAO proposals).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access (e.g., for harmful conduct), though the Manifesto’s decentralized nature ensures its persistence across censorship-resistant platforms.
